The process in general, consists of these steps: |

1. CAD driven robotics provide precise panel dimensions.
2. Panel table moves through rebar and truss section.
3. Openings are blocked out and provisions made for
electrical, radiant heating, etc.
4. Stringent quality control assures consistent high strength concrete
as it is applied, spread and advanced to the shaking station.
5. Panel is shaken front to back, side to side and then in a
circular motion to attain smooth steel form finish.
6. Panel is heated and cured and moved to marrying station.
7. First panel is flipped over and positioned to marry the second one.
8. Second panel is set up, poured and moved beneath the first panel.
9. Panel is cured and foam is applied.
The finished product is ready for installation on the jobsite
