Michael Sullivan, Principal has collaborated with Morrison Smith Architects for the design and/or construction of their commercial projects. The projects completed include:
The Italian Consulate office buildout , Downtown Chicago and Tutti Itailia gift store, formerly located in Chicago Place Mall. A design build of an auto body repair facility Construction of interiors for regional headquarters for AT&T; Design and construction management on fraternity residence at University of Oklahoma and space planning and construction of 16 office buildouts in Oklahoma City.
Mike managed rehab of parts of the first and second floors of The Rookery Building, 209 South LaSalle Street for Turner Construction. This included demolition of north half of second floor and buildout of executive offices for Continental Illinois National Bank, as well as reconstruction of facade on the first floor and remodeling of interior for CINB Personal Banking Services and Turner Construction.
Mike supervised all concrete work, carpentry work and site engineering at the University of Illinois, Whitney Young High School, Chicago Police Academy, Mile Square Health Center, two Chicago Housing Authority projects, Commonwealth Edison Generating Station, and Budd Company plant expansion, Gary Indiana for SN Neilson Company.
