This is a  home renovation replaciing existing 2nd floor
with new 2nd floor extending to the rear over the existing one-story porch. 

Many Green and Sustainable materials and methods were applied
such as closed-cell urethane foam  insulation
with an R value of 25 forwalls to 40 for roof,
put in new high efficiency heating and cooling units
resulting in a one third utility bills savings even though the
cubic volume of the house by 2,000.
