Worked with architects and city inspectors. Planned, scheduled, directed and managed all construction activity. Supervised upgrade coordination, buyer orientations, selections. Units were finished at the rate of 3 per week. 95% of the homes were pre-sold and filled with upgrades. The Belmont River Club is a 142 unit attached single-family development. $23,000,000 in construction cost and $46,000,000 in sales.   close this window
